- Clean filter in oil tank and replace deteriorated or dirty hydraulic oil
- Check main parts and components; replace damaged items immediately
- Completely eliminate faults occurred during the month
- For long-term storage: coat all exposed parts with grease
Weekly Maintenance
- Complete shift maintenance items
- Remove dirt and soil from chuck and slip tooth surfaces
- Clean oil and mud from holding brake inner surface
- Eliminate faults that occurred during the week
Shift Maintenance
- Check all exposed bolts, nuts, and safety pins for security
- Eliminate other faults during the shift
- Check for oil leaks and address appropriately
- Check oil levels in transmission, transfer case, and hydraulic system
- Add lubricating oil or grease as required
- Clean external surfaces and maintain clean, well-lubricated base, slide-way, and vertical shaft
