Mining Exploration Double Tube Core Drilling Tool
Product Overview
The double pipe drilling tool features an innovative design where the outer pipe rotates while the inner pipe remains stationary. This single-acting double-tube drilling tool prevents mechanical vibration of the rock core by eliminating friction vibration generated by drill rotation, resulting in exceptionally high core quality.
Working Principle
The upper joint incorporates a movable environmental protection path with strategically arranged grooves to ensure proper alloy piece diameter. The distance between the spring seat and internal drill bit step is precisely adjusted using screws and lock nuts, while the length difference between inner and outer tubes is carefully controlled.
Operation Mechanism: The drilling machine transmits power to rotate the drilling tool. The outer tube connects to the cutting edge of the drill bit, where grinding materials break the rock. Meanwhile, the inner core tube remains stationary throughout the drilling process, allowing the extracted core to avoid disturbance and maintain its original geological state.
